We are looking forward to welcome you in Vienna from the 21st to 26th of September 2009! The workshop starts on the 22nd of September. The arrival from the airport or the train station will be individual. From the Airport:
There are several options to get from the Airport to Vienna city centre:
By Train

by City Airport Train CAT to station Wien-Mitte  non-stop: approx. 16 min., cost one-way EUR 10,-; round-trip EUR 18,-. From Wien-Mitte station you can take metro U4 to Kettenbrückengasse, check map.

standard suburb train (S-Bahn) on same track to station Wien-Mitte: S-Bahn (Federal Railway System - ÖBB): approx. 25 min.; cost one-way EUR 3,60 incl. travel inside Vienna to your hotel. From Wien-Mitte station you can take metro U4 to Kettenbrückengasse, check map.
By Vienna Airport Lines (bus service)

Vienna Airport Lines offers a bus service to Morzinplatz/Schwedenplatz. Please make sure to use this destination as they offer different bus services! Time of travel: approx. 25 - 35 min; cost one-way EUR 6,-. From Schwedenplatz station you can take metro U4 to Kettenbrückengasse, check map.
Car-rentals, taxi, shuttle/limousine services
- Taxi driver offer a fixed price from the airport to the city center (with pre reservation only +43-1-707 1377). Without a reservation the average fee is 37€. More detailed info on this page.
From the Train Station:Both major train stations in Vienna are connected to the public transportation system!
- Arriving at Wien-Südbahnhof station take the bus 13A right at the train station and exit at station Esterházygasse. This brings you to Gumpendorfer Strasse, where Kolping hotel is located. Check this map for public transportation and walking instructions!
- Arriving at Wien-Westbahhof station use the metro line U3 to station Neubaugasse. Check this map for public transportation and walking instructions!
